I am no stranger to feeling stuck in this journey of life. I started my online journey back in 2009 and over the years have been fortunate enough to work with mentors like Brendan Burchard, Tony Robbins and T Harv Eker to list a couple. In 2013 I managed to sack my boss and quit my full time Executive level Government Role I had worked in for almost 17 decades.
This was when I took the plunge to perform full time online. Going full-time online is not easy. A good deal of things keep us from making the jump --things like panic and insecurity.
I made the decision to collect the classes I have learned along the way and to share them with other people, such as you, attempting to better themselves and create a freedom laptop lifestyle.
Therefore, here are my 7 tips for getting a thriving online business.
1. Focus in your WHY.
How large is your WHY for starting an online business. Can it be to stop your job, have more time freedom to spend with friends and family or more money to go on such a luxury vacation or purchase that new car. How dedicated are you to your objective? How important is it for youpersonally, and what are you willing to sacrifice so as to achieve it? If you find yourself completely focused and dedicated, motivation will follow.
Starting out online can be a minefield with a lot of"Shiny Objects" and strategies to earn online. Having a mentor can quickly track your results and take you're the hand and show you the way. If you focus on the excitement of discovery, improving, experimenting and exploring, your motivation will be fuelled. So the key is to receive a Mentor, and revel in the journey not focus on the destination. Keep thinking about what you're learning along the work from home way and developing your mindset and abilities.
3. Get rid of negative beliefs and thoughts.
Ideas affect feelings and feelings determine how you see the world. You have a lot of ideas in mind, and you always have a choice of which ones to Concentrate on: the ones which will make you emotionally stuck (fears, doubts) or the ones who will move you closer to your goals (enthusiasm, experimentation, trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone)
4. Use your creativity.
Next step after getting rid of unwanted thoughts is to use your imagination. Picture yourself living the life you need, driving the car you always wanted, residing in the house you dreamed of and travelling and appreciating that amazing holiday.
5. Get rid of distractions & accept ACTION.
Meaningless things and distractions will always be on your way, especially those simple, usual things you would rather do rather than focusing on new challenging and income generating activities. Learn to concentrate on what is the most essential and delegate the jobs that aren't to a virtual assistant.
6. Plan and set Aims.
Know your weekly and monthly program and set your objectives. Review how each evening went by what you learned, attained and revise what you can improve.
7. Protect yourself from burnout.
Watch yourself to recognize any symptoms of tiredness and take some time to break. Your body and mind remainder when you schedule relaxation and enjoyable time into your week. Diversify your tasks, keep shifting between something creative and logical, something bodily and still, working independently and with a team. Switch locations to provide yourself a new outlook.
I hope that these tips help your manage and succeed in your internet journey.
